Born and raised in Sylva, North Carolina, I moved to Nashville in 2003. My mother instilled a sense of creativity in me as a child. I remember helping her set up florals for weddings and sitting in her studio playing with flowers for hours on end. When the pandemic hit I realized just how much I was missing my creative outlet. I began gathering up grocery store flowers and started delivering arrangements. When the opportunity to attend the Nashville Floral School of Design arose I didn’t think twice. I’ve been happily surrounded by flowers ever since.
